Well, maybe you are stressed from work or family life. Maybe your finances are causing you sleepless nights. Maybe your relationships are suffering from lack of your full attention.<\/p>\n

We all go through slumps in life when we get chronically stuck in bad moods, feel overwhelmed by stress and anxiety, and have those days where we feel like we live under a dark gray cloud. Am I right?<\/p>\n

Well, whether you are in a really low low place, a medium-low place, or even if you are feeling OK, but not A+, raising your vibration can not only help you get unstuck and out of that rut, but overall you can more easily tap into a state of peace, joy, and love.<\/p>\n

Meditation<\/h2>\n

Meditate daily for 20 minutes. If this is challenging for you, begin with 3 minutes and work your way up to 20.<\/p>\n

Exercise<\/h2>\n

Exercise 3 to 5 times per week. Yoga is an excellent choice, as it is a well-rounded practice that increases strength, flexibility, respiration, energy and vitality. Yoga also includes benefits beyond a physical aspect, e.g. mental clarity, emotional processing, improved focus, creating a spiritual connection, etc. Check out some yoga videos<\/a> on my Youtube channel.<\/p>\n

Balanced Body<\/h2>\n

Find balance between activity and stillness in the body. If lately you have been going from activity to activity non-stop, take time to slow down and rest. Alternately if you have been feeling sluggish and unmotivated, take time to energize through physical activity. Go for a daily walk to find balance in the body.<\/p>\n

Restful Sleep<\/h2>\n

Make time to enjoy 8 hours of restful sleep each night.<\/p>\n

Healthy Diet<\/h2>\n

Observe what you have been eating over the last week, and decide to make more healthy choices. Drink plenty of water, half your body weight in ounces each day. Reduce or eliminate sugar, caffeine, alcohol, unhealthy foods and other substances.<\/p>\n

Nature<\/h2>\n

Spend time in nature. Studies show connecting with the natural environment increases levels of joy, inner peace, and inspiration.<\/p>\n
